Heyy!!!! Super mommy's here goes the tips to get back your body size as the same before pregnancy. It is very difficulty to be fat and ugly after pregnancy. First of all you must be aware of your body because you are a mom amd world to your baby. So we should not harm babies to get back our zero size. We must take care of the baby as well as the body as a coin, it should go in hands. So here comes the tips.

Keep your goals realistic
Eat foods high in fiber
Stock up on healthy proteins
Keep healthy snacks handy
Avoid added sugar and refined carbs
Keep hydrated
Use hot bath and hot towel
Safely tie your stomach or use belt to get back position of stomach/uterus
