Hi everyone. I have been counting calories for about 10 days now. My target is to 0.5kg weight loss a week. After much contemplation I got on the scale to see about 1kg loss. I am glad to see things working. I was always in doubt because I was told people with irregular menstrual cycle will struggle with weight loss. So to see an expected result is a relief. I hope to continue to see results. My ultimate goal is better health. But if I get to loose weight that is definitely a welcomed bonus.
