At 44 y.o., I was in the worst shape of my life. I decided it was time to make a change. In November I began eating healthy and started an exercise program.
I went from 180 to 165 and have more energy than I ever did. The best saying I've read is exercise is to fitness as food is to health. The key to weigh loss is 80% nutrition.
