I'm really glad I found this forum and would be very happy to share my experience with you
I am 168 cm/5'6" tall and weigh 56 kgs/124 lb and my goal is to maintain this weight.
Over the past year I have managed to reach this weight goal through a self-made diet which worked perfect for me!
I'm looking forward to making new friends and sharing my experience as well as learning from yours
