Give me a routine please!

anyone expert and kind enough to draw me a workout routine to lose fats by building muscles???

weight: 46kg(oops, due to too much eating during xmas)

age : 27
BF : not sure

so, should i do all sort of weights in 1 day or concentrate like upper body and lower body in seperate days? i can only afford 3 days, should i do cardio then workout, or 2 days workout and 1 day cardio?

I'm no expert (except in my own mind ;) ) but, unless you specifically want to gain muscle mass, you would probably be better off doing an all over workout 3 times a week rather than a split routine.

I base this theory entirely on what I'm currently doing (I'm cutting fat at the moment) and the fact that when I want to increase mass (in a couple of months) I will split my routine giving each muscle group longer to recover so I can push them harder and have more energy to dedicate to each group during each workout.

If you can only afford 3 workouts a week, I personally would dedicate one to cardio alone. I would also include cardio in the other 2 workouts but, not as much and only after the weights.

You will probably need to experiment and see what works for you.
 
so write one yourself. then we will see if its good or not.
You have posted over 150 times, whats it all about? if you have made over 150 comments on a health and fitness forum people would expect you to be able to write your own program.
