Give Me A Gruelling Routine (2 Pics Included)

Hey Guys,

Im 20 years old, 5.11 and weight about 173 pounds. iv been goin gym since about january, in that time, my main objective was to lose weight, iv lost just over a stone and managed to get some muscle back. i did this while still havin my weekly weekend booze ups on friday and saturdays nights.

but now iv decided i want to go a step further and get my pecks and body well defined, i realise in order to do this i need to cut out my weekend binges, so what im askin is can anybody give me a solid routine which would get me there in 2 - 3 months?

You will see improvements in 2-3 months but will want more, trust me. You're starting with a nice frame, so it will only get better. What routine have you been using since Jan? What kind of exercises?
 
hey, i was goin gym 5 days a week, mon - fri, at first i was doin mostly cardio to get the fat off.... but gradually iv switch to less cardio and more weights.

at first i was doin muscles groups a day (like chest / byceps) but iv recently started doin 3 full body workouts a week and 1 HIIT cardio, i personally feel its worked my body better, which does actually work best tho?

just wondering if anybody has a solid routine which would rip me?

There are plenty of good workouts here, Go thru the diary and weight training sections and find one you like, copy and paste it and we'll tell you if its ok.

For us to you a workout from scratch, just for you, would take a good 30mins and would cost you around £100.

so why dont you tell us what you want to do and we'll be happy to help. feel free to ask any questions, but dont ask us to do all the hard work for free.

note - you'll want to look at your diet if you just lost weight and now want to put it on again. you'll need to add more carbs and protien.
