We talk a lot about what is healthy and not. We did that even before I started this, so it's not like anything new.
We also grow and eat a lot of vegetables, so that's always been part of the plan. One thing that I've heard and I agree with is to not talk about weight or fat on kids. Talk about what's healthy foods for good growth and health.
Another thing that I'm trying is my son is 47 inches and a lot of the rides at the water park you need to be 48 inches tall. Well, eat more vegetables and you'll be there by the end of the summer. He's close enough now.
