Getting Trim Through Winsor Pilates...

Im currently trying out these Winsor Pilates routines. After each session after following the videos, I felt really sweating, but wonder if these really do work out the body? Im aiming for flat-abs (more precisely going from a tubby to a flat to a six-pack), but there's a long way to go.... What do you guys think of Winsor Pilates?

Pilates is a great compliment to a workout program but shouldnt be the only type of exercise that you do. you need cardio to help get rid of the extra fat you might have. pilates is great for abs but without the right type of eating and fat loss it might not get you the results you want(six pack). i do pilates a couple times a week but for me its more of a strech type thing than my main exercise. but i do love it and feel great when im done9i think its even helped my posture, and that makes me look even skinnier lol ;) )

I'm using Winsor Pilates. When I first tried it out, I noticed it was hard to keep my head up through the 50 min video. But after a while It was a lot better. After using Winsor Pilates, I noticed that my abs were stronger, and I lost an inch on my thighs. But then again, that was along with my regular cardio routine. Pilates, I have noticed is great for balance and overall strength, especially in your core. But it hasn't given me a six pack yet.. but thats not what i'm looking for.

So stick with Winsor Pilates, but you also have to eat healthy and make sure you do more cardio, because I doubt it's enough to lose fat.

I haven't used it myself, but my mom and older sister did. They didn't lose any weight using it alone, but after coupling it with some cardio workouts, it helped with some toning

I've been using Stott pilates for over 2 years. I'm a LOT stronger, and have taken inches off the thighs, waist and hips. Still have some to go, but am combining it with cardio-- jogging, biking. How is Windsor different?
