Getting there...I think?

Ok, heres about 4 months of semi-dedicated working out.
I've got the consistency with the workouts down, need to work on my diet.

'mosquito bite' biceps...

First week back in school, and I'm getting plenty of compliments, girls, teachers, even my principal said he'd never seen me this healthy and I've really bulked up.:) I actually have stretch marks on my biceps, which I think is pretty cool. Want to thank everyone who has helped!! My journey to a better me is just begining but I know you guys will lead me in the right direction.

Other than that, nice work thus far. Put some more dedication into it, because your arms look like they are coming along and it looks like a good solid frame is coming out. Diet is the most important part of it, so get that down and you'll be fine. Nice job. :)
 
Nice improvements so far, good job. Like Merci said, get your diet in check and it will be a lot easier to reach your goals.
 
Thanks guys, will do. Also, a trainer at my Gym said I should cut first, I think he said I'm "Toning the fat". Think so?
 
I actually don't think I'm eating enough. I try my best to eat the healthy stuff, and when theres only junk food around I lose my appitite.
 
Breakfest - Lunch meat sandwich on whole wheat
Lunch - Junk food...try and get something with protein
Whey Protein Shake
Snack - Beef Jerky & carrots
Dinner - Chicken, with carrots
Whey Protein Shake(post workout)
Midnight Snack - Beef Jerky

I have'nt really found a way to cook eggs that I enjoy, every time I try one it does'nt sit well with my stomach.
