getting the last 20 lbs off!

hello,

i'm 5'8" tall and weight 169lbs. I am very athletic, I run 5-7 kilometers per day at about 8 kph (5mph). i also play softball, and practice for 2 hours 3 days per week. i live in hamburg, germany right now, so i ride my bike 20 min to practice, and 20 minutes home. i just need some help and motivation to keep me going. i lived here last summer as well, starting at 205lbs, and lost 35lbs. before i come back to the states again, i would like to have lost the last 20 lbs, and i have 10 weeks to accomplish my goal. i would hope for maybe a little bit more. i have done much research, and i am eating between 800-1000 calories, also with a weight training plan, since there is research proving that resistance training with an 800 calorie plan shows no signs of muscle loss. i could just use a "you can do it" now and then. :) when i went home at the end of last summer, i weighed about 168. while living in america, in a more sedentary lifestyle, i gained about 10 lbs back. i was able to get that off in a short 3 week time period. now i'm trying to get away from the stupid 170 that the scale always seems to come back to! thanks for anyone who also is trying, losing weight takes a really special mentality, and for all those out there trying, you can do it! :)
