getting the grip on those 10 lbs...

Can't say how many times I've wanted to start and there's always a ton of excuses - work, tired, friends, family, house choirs, etc. But the truth of the matter is the further I go, the more angry and frustrated I get. It pisses me off that I can't pull myself together for a lousy one hour a day at least 3 times per week. I don't want to lose much - about 10 lbs - but I want that fitness level that will keep my thighs and sides from jiggling or create dun-lups when I'm wearing jeans. I'm tired and cranky and need someone to hold me accountable...so you guys are stuck....I am obligating myself to write on this forum at least 3 times per week to let you all know that I did my workout and ate half-way decent :)

wish me luck! anyone on here wants to shake that little bit of weight, please ping me.

I'm with you on wanting to shake the ten jiggly pounds. Just the other day I was laying on my couch poking the fat on my legs and watching it jiggle. I suggest swapping the coffee out for water. I noticed that when I was drinking more water my skin was clearer, and I felt better about myself.
