Hello to all you new moms, I'm new to this web site but I thought I might share how I lost my post pregnancy pounds. I lost a lot of it while breastfeeding but I used all natural herbal supplements afterwards to help get my body back to normal. I DO NOT work out so as a result I am not toned in my abs at all. My son is now 7 months old. The supplements helped with my energy level and let me lose those last pounds.
