I want to get slim and fit this summer. I am not fat, I'm 19 125 but I want to lose weight and gain muscle. I love Gabrielle Anwar in Burn Notice ( Fiona) and would love to have a body similar to hers. What kind of diet/ workout should I follow to get to that point and also get a healthy lifestyle. I was planning something like this:
Workout:
running 1 mile, walking another 1 or 2 everyday
Jillian Michael's 30 day shred
Pilates 20 mins or yoga for 45
Diet :
Breakfast:
oatmeal w/ fruit or egg whites w/ veggies and whole wheat toast
Snack: Fruit or veggies, o protein shake
Lunch
salad w/ fish
Dinner yogurt w/ some cereal
I stop eating at 7 and no juice or soda just water
I want to look something like this:
I love Gabrielle Anwars legs, I may not get that thin but anywhere near as fit as she is. Any suggestions? do you think my workout is enough and my diet is good? should I add anything else? What do you guys think?
