Getting sexy for vacation..and life!

Well i've been up and down in weight since...forever. I started out at 214 pounds in 2006, and my lowest weight was 149.5 in March 2008. Now, one year later I am at 168.5. I've been hanging around 173 for awhile now, but about a week ago I found out I am going on vacation!! We leave on April 28th, and I am determined to lose at LEAST 15 pounds. I lost 4.5 pounds this week, so I am feeling good. 15 more to go! And hopefully more. I'm just about to go workout. I also got the leg magic LOL but oh my god does it work! My legs are so much smoother i.e LESS CELLULITE AND TONED! It is amazing!:coolgleamA:
 
OOps I meant April 26th..not that 2 days is going to make a difference! But maybe! Also, my name is Jenna and I LOVE this site!! I've been a member for a long time and love browsing around on here.
 
Im not very pleased with todays weigh in....169.5. One pound up. I think its because I went to Applebees last night, and had a chicken finger basket. Otherwise, I would have went down. Today so far I've had a bowl of oatmeal almond cereal, and for lunch I had half of a PB&J sandwich, fruit cup, small bag of chips, and a 100 cal pack of cookies. I don't know..does that sound good or bad? What should I change? I had water to drink. I plan on working out tonight for about 30 minutes.
 
HI Jenna! Welcome to the Forum. Yay for the vacation.. Where you going? And congrats on the first weight loss. Dont worry about that one piound. You'll burn it off real soon.

I'm no expert on foods and I cant really control my eating habbits. But what you have eaten so far seems good. Just minus the chips?? Next time. I dunno. I eat what I crave. LOL!! :banghead:

Hey thanks for writing back! I think your right about the chips lol. Today was a good day though! I weighed in .5 pounds less. I had cereal for breakfast, and for lunch I had a pita with chicken salad, strawberries, and a pack of crackers along with water. For supper I had a rotisserie chicken and fruit salad, along with pistachios and water. Probably working out tonight! Ill check back in!
