Getting rid of the baby weight

Hello! :waving::waving: Let me start by giving a bit of background and some stats:
I am a 27yr old (5ft5) female in Australia and recently a proud new mama! My bub will be 1 month old this coming Thurs 28th Aug.

Prepreggo my weight mostly fluctuated between 52-56kg (115-124lbs) and i was at the heavier end of that just before i fell pregnant.. then towards the end of my pregnancy my weight got up to 74kg (163lbs) at my heaviest..
By the time i got home from the hospital after giving birth i was at 150lbs and now 3.5wks post delivery im at (63kg) 139lbs (first thing in the morn on an empty stomache)
My ultimate goal is to get down to 115lbs and to maintain that weight!

At the moment im just focusing on my diet by cutting out the junk that i went crazy on while i was pregnant but once i get past 6 wks post natal i will rejoin the gym and start to work the weights and cardio back into my lifestyle. I am working on consistency with choosing healthy foods right now and will only start to count calories if i hit a plateau.

As of today:-
Starting weight: 63kg (139lbs)
Goal weight: 52kg (115lbs)

Todays diet:-
breakfast: Cottage cheese on rye toast
lunch: soy/garlic ckicken and frozen veges
dinner will be: 1 taco and extra taco beef mince and salad
ill probably end up having a hot milo after that too.
