Getting rid of stomach flab/stretch marks

Hey, I'm new here. Just wanted to get some info about toning up. What to do or take to tone up. A little bit about me. I'm 17 yrs old. I previously weighed 245 lbs. Coming up on 8 months now, I weigh 165 lbs (80 lb loss). However, I still have stretch marks and dangling flab (like when I get into a pushup position, there's like a bunch of dangling skin/flab). I recently bought a stretch mark reducer/cream to help but I'm skeptical that it'll be effective. Anyone know what I should do to get rid of the flab naturally through working out or supplements? Thanks for any info.

Congrats on such a great weight loss. You are still young so there is a chance that your skin will shrink back a bit. I'd continue working out well and eating well. See how that works.

Then move from that point. One problem of excess weight loss is the loose flabby skin. For some people it shrinks back (younger and more firmer) and others well... it stays. Surgery is the only option in that case.

The stretch marks will not go away. They will only get lighter with the cream but it will not cure the marks.

I had the same problem, almost exact when I was 17. I went from 215 to 140. With a shirt on, I had a very flat stomach, but the belly hung down about 2 inches or so. I bulked up around 15-20 pounds now and it has really gotten better. If I were you, I would diet down even more and then sit there for a month and let your skin shrink down a bit, and then bulk up. With enough gaining and losing and gaining and losing it starts getting a little less over time.

When I first got to 140, my friends told me I needed surgery, but now I look about average. We are young and in that respect - lucky (our skin is flexible and prepared for growing). You might have some more inches to grow too, so that'll help a lot.

I used Dermelastic Serum throughout my pregnancy and did not get any new stretch marks. It kept my belly moisturized throughout the day. Great product and very inexpensive compared to all the other stretch mark prevention moisturizers out there. Where was this during my first pregnancy?!

Dermelastic serum works great! It smells great,(bought it for my sister) my sister said that her stretch marks were not as noticeable after two weeks. Would definitely recommend.
