Getting more fit

Hello Everyone.
I was wondering if you could share your thoughts on my action plan for getting more lean.
I am currently eating healthy and do not exceed the suggested calories intake for my BMI.
I am planning to get more fit/lean and lose some weight at the same time.
I am doing 45 minutes of biking 4 times a week and attend two Hatha yoga sessions. Do you think 45 minutes of biking assists in weight loss while yoga helps in getting more lean?
I work out in the morning so lifting weights is not an option till next month.
Do you have any suggestions that can help me in reaching my goal?
bike longer? do something else other than yoga?

Biking and yoga are great. Yes, 45 minutes 4 times a week is an excellent spot. Don't over train/exercise, you'll injure yourself. What are you eating exactly? Complex foods are going to take longer to break down naturally. I say keep doing what you're doing and mix it up from time to time. You'll achieve what you're looking for doing what you're doing I believe. Welcome to the forum.

Thank you for your reply. I am eating mostly meat and vegetables + fruit for snack. I eat whole grain bread and brown rice on the weekend only.
