Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum and just looking to stay motivated and hopefully motivate others.
Over the past few months with hard work and dedication, I have gone from flab to fab. Wasn't easy but I can tell you my secrets to hopefully help everyone else on here and maybe get some tips and feedback from you guys to improve myself.
Well, of course the most important factor to my life changing event was my diet. I take a powder supplement in the morning before work and usually a small breakfast, ie 2 eggs 2 bacon and bread. Must admit the supplement seems to have given me excellent energy and health but that's all here say. Now the big factor for the diet to work is eating many small portions throughout the day. I know it's kind of strange to think eating more will help you lose weight and get in shape, but you're actually not eating more, your just spreading out your meals through out the day. For instance try to eat a small healthy portion every hour or 2. such as fruit or bars, or even candy if you don't get addicted and overdo it. Eating snacks frequently throughout the day, IN MODERATE PORTIONS, boost the metabolism and makes the calories more likely converted to energy rather than fat...
Try the diet out and you'll be amazed how you eventually start feeling so healthy and energetic you want to do something active. The days of sitting on the couch watching TV begin to bore you and everything begins to fall in place.
