Hello All -
I am really starting to get frustrated and was hoping one of you could help me! I am 5'8" and I weigh 157lbs. I have been doing 45 minutes of cardio 3x/week for about a month now and I am also limiting my diet to less than 1500 calories/day. I lost 1lb last week and then I gained it back this week. I just don't get it. I know that I am slightly overweight, but it's like my body just doesn't want to give it up. I am also currently taking 10mg lexapro/day, but I was told that it may be a little harder to lose the weight, but I will. I'm starting to wonder. Does anybody have any advise?
