Getting fat. Screw this bulking eating routine...

Alright, I want to bulk, but I also want to begin going back to my eating habits before. I am gaining back some unwanted fat.

Could I still bulk nicely, and afterwards tone on a decent 1,400 ~ 1,5/6,000 calorie diet?

Dude, the only reason your getting fat is because either you wanted to or your eating the wrong foods so adjust accordingly. I don't see why you have to be negative ab it.

Also, I can't understand the rest of your post.

With 'bulking' does come unwanted weight, for the fact that you are taking a 500 calorie surplus to your Resting Metabolic Rate... To minimize that as much as possible, make sure you're working out about 5 days a week, and that your macronutrients are 60% carbs, 20% Protein, and 20% Fat... But no matter what, for the most part you are going to gain... That's why some people "bulk" first, then "cut" later...

aevans410 i think you should stop posting because from what i can see you do not know what you are talking about.

It is possible to gain lean muscle and loose fat at the same time.

Try training specificaly for hypertophy. That should let u gain those lbs of mucle and at the same time losse hte lbs of fat.

Looking at this "jonny's" spelling and manners i'm sure he will do very well, whatever he's trying to sell. First he needs to realize that he has to sell himself. :D

You ask if you could still "bulk nicely". For me personally, I have never been an advocate of bulking. Some feel it is another word for " hey I just want to get big and if most of it is fat, than that's okay..."

I think it was Lou Ferrigno that once said he "...bulked 100 lbs and then readied himself for a contest and toned down..." when all said and done, he only gained 3 lbs of muscle...

The point is, a carefully crafted diet with the correct mix of protien, carbs, fat, etc. is really the only way to go..
