getting bigger with circuit training

hi this is my second question today but what the best way to build muscle with circuit training which exercises would be best to use i mainly use press up, lunges and jumping jacks there are making me more fitter but don't seem my muscle any bigger i am trying gain size and get fit at the same time as i am short on time any suggestion again thanks
 
Building muscle is most effective when using rep ranges 10 to 6, some will go as high as 12 and gain well, at rep max. This means you need to be finishing a set of 10 knowing there could be no 11 etc.
This can be done in circuits by allowing one area to rest while doing other activities but getting the rep max on bodyweight work in such short rep ranges is hard. Some use weight vests etc. being a cheap skate I have used a rucksack to do almost the same, this needs to be done with care.
