Getting back on track

Hey guys, it's my first time on a forum so hopefully I get feedback:eek: .

So about a 10 months ago I joined the gym and started working out because I was tired of being chunky I wanted to be able to wear t-shirts without a jacket, I used to weigh 220 pounds my eating habits were really bad. So I pushed myself into working out everyday and eating healthy and in 3 months I lost 40 pounds, weighed about 180lbs and I felt good about myself. Afterwards I would say around the Holidays I stopped going to the gym because of the weather and I started eating bad little by little and now I put back 5 pounds. So tomorrow is my first day back to the gym and I'm going to try to have the same attitude, but I need your guys advice and help incase I have any questons and I'll of course do the same.

Thanks!

Hi Dave,
Welcome to the WLF

Good for you for getting back on track before that 5 turned into 10 and then into 20!

Thanks for the welcome M2M! My goal is to lose another 15 pounds and start toning up by July but it's really hard because I work in the morning til 5pm then go to school from 6pm to 10pm, so I'm going to try getting up real early that way I can get my workout done in the morning. I just need some tips on what to eat for dinner because @ night I get hungry and eat the wrong foods.
