Hey everyone,
I'm new here, but have been looking through various posts and you all seem to know what you are talking about, so thought I'd see if you can help me too
I will give you a brief run down on me - about 4/5 years ago I was a UK 12, through a mixture of eating better/less/getting a pt for a while I dropped to an 8 in a couple of years. I am still working on my body though and would like to be a size 6 ideally (I'm only 5"2). I am a six in some clothes, but only the more generous stores
I managed to do really well over xmas and got down from 8st 8lbs to 8st 1/2 by doing cardio one day, weights the next (about half hour of each) 6 days a week. Now that the new year is here though and I've slowly crept back to 8st 4. Eating has been 70% good but have just this week introduced 2 new fitness dvd's. Due to commitments I was away 3 weeks before this and couldn't do any workouts (nightmare!)
I would really like to get to about 7 & 1/2 stone but I feel like I don't eat a huge amount as it is and can't imagine any less! Neither do I have hours spare to spend in they gym. I know I eat too many carbs, but as a veggie (who eats fish) I find it near on impossible to come up with meals that don't revolve around eggs and after a week of omelettes I get really bored and go back to sandwiches...
what cals/exercise ratio would you recommend for me? I am 26 and fairly active day to day aside from workouts.
Thanks
