Getting back into the game...

Hello, folks. Short intro:

26 years old, and getting back in the gym. I have around six or seven years experience in the weight room, and at around 22-23, I got lazy. I'm not where I want to be physically, so I've jumped back into the gym recently, and will have finished my first month next week.

Anyway, I felt like joining a fitness forum and somehow I ended up here. I feel better about working out now than I ever did when I was younger. Mentally, I'm stronger than I've ever been, and I know that mental strength will help me go beyond where I used to be.

Old 1RM @ 5'9, 170LBs:
Squat: 330
Dead: 405
Bench: 250

Current (Estimated) 1RM @ 195LBs:
Squat: 190
Dead: 190
Bench: 170

Deads will eventually pass squats once my lower back gets into shape; if I go too fast on the deadlifts, I could injure my back, so I'm taking it slow. So far, after three weeks, the gains are coming very quickly. I expect to be close to my old 1RM on squats and bench by the end of January, though I am 25LBs heavier than I was years ago. I feel surprisingly good about benching. I had always had issues with my left wrist in the past, but so far it hasn't bothered me one bit.

I'm looking to stick to my current strength routine until March, where I will then move onto a high intensity, five day a week plan. I haven't looked too far ahead on a routine for that, but I'm needing to get into awesome shape before I go work on an oil pipeline for the summer. The ultimate goal is just to be in good shape. I want to be fit, look good, and have that spring in my step.
Well, there's my intro. I suppose that's my current fitness story. Good to be back in the swing of things.
