Getting a nice body by boxing?

Na, if you're already skinny boxing isn't going to help you if you're looking to build muscle. Think of boxing as cardio, it will keep you fit and tone what you already have but it won't pack anything on.
 
Boxing will not going to help much as, it will strengthen your muscles but, if you are skinny then you need a proper workout that will help you in building muscles and accordingly you need to eat healthy.

if you're skinny, just train a lot for boxing, join a boxing class and be a lightweight world campion.

or you could take up weight lifting...
