Getting a little older

I'm no spring chicken any more so it's time to kick it up a notch, looking for great ideas and trying to keep it interesting
 
I guess it depends on your activity of choice. Then it comes down to you current condition. Then your personality. Once you determine that, you can ask yourself more challenging questions. I do cardio and everyday I challenge myself to beat the day before's performance. That keeps it exciting enough for me.
