here's my problem. I have been working out with weight's for about a year and since like the past 4 month's i stop and i now i feel much weaker and just sloppy.my bf% wen't from 18% to like 22 23%,and i gained 20 pounds from 125 lbs to 145 lbs i used to be in really good shape but now it's just bad. i cant workout like i used to casue i'm not as strong so what could i do to get me started i just need a routein to follow for a while so please if you can recommed me on and some help on my diet is in serious need if you can help me out with these. please help thanks
