Get Ripped

Hi Im 19, 5'9", 165-170 lbs. I lift weights 3 days a week for about an hour each and run 2 days a week. I have just started taking creatine. I want to add lean muscle and get more "cut up". I really need a strct diet to follow and any other suggestions. Please help!!!
 
firstly, creatine will help you retain water, so you won't get the lean, cut look with creatine that you may desire.
As for diet, it's much easier to make meal suggestions on what you currently eat than to suggest a whole new diet that may not even work for you.l
 
You need also to load up some carbo to boost your metabolism.

And don't take any supplements yet. Just pure natural
healthy foods.
