I Have Been Lifting For About 1 Year ANd A Half And Am Very Happy With My Results So FAr.. I Was Looking In The Mirror The Other Day And realised What I Dont Like Though.. My Stomach!.. Im 6'0" 180 Lbs... But I Have This Pudge I Am Really Not Liking.. Its Definately Only My Lower Stomach Area Because My Upper Abdomen Are Is Actually Quite Defined.. I Guess You Could Call It A "Beer BElly"..
Anyways I Fell I HAve Caught It Early And Would Like To Start Working On Eliminating It All Together, But Do Not Know HOw.. I Normally Concentrate On Just Weight Training And Nothing Else Really Which IS Probably Part Of My Problem.. Any Suggestions Would BE Awesome.. Im Very Determined To Get Rid Of It....
