Was not sure where to post this, but maybe one of the moderators could answer this. Why does the forum split up "men's" and "women's" fitness? I don't mean to question the forum, because I think this place is fantastic!!!!
I just think that many great topics could be missed by men who don't check out the women's section and vice versa. In reality, the very large majority of training and nutritional principles are identical for both male and female.
I hope I am not stepping on anyone's toes because that is honestly not my intent. It is my first day of being a member and simply trying to figure this place out.
