G'day.. I wanna loose some weight

G'day..
As I said yesterday.. Just recently quit smoking.. I am 6'5 and want to loose some weight.. I am 220 pounds..and want to get to about 190 - 200 pounds.. It's all in my stomach..and my double chin.. I am 45 years old.. I started putting weight on about 15 years ago through a steroid which I had to go on for breathing probs.. so alot of it was a water weight..I've started to drink veggy and fruit smoothies..and crave them each and everyday now.. and wanna do some excercises.. that I don't need to buy equipment for... ANY help?? Thanx in advance..

If you want permanent wight loss, than i suggest you to start eating right in combination with good training (cardio and weights). You can do A LOT of excesrises for muscles, using ONLY your own body weight. Such as push-ups, squats, etc... But you have to know how to do this right, to take effect, so i suggest google or youtube, you can find a lot of useful material over there.
And ofcousre, will. This is something nobody else can help you with!
