G'day Folks

G'day Folks.. How are ya Do'in.. New around here.. Let me tell you about myself.. I am about 6'5 and weigh nearly 240 pounds.. But it's all in my stomach.. I recently quit smoking.. it will be about 3 months in a couple of weeks.. (first of Febuary).. Since quit smoking.. I have been running the stairs at work 4 or 5 times .. and have been doing excercises without a gym.. I feel 110 percent better.. feel better then I have in about 20 years.. I hate doing situps..and have to find a better way to get rid of the tummy.. Anyways I hope to chat with you all.. Been looking for a excercise forum for a bit now.. Have a GOOD one everyone.. :rolleyes:

Thanx M2M.. I tried to quit thousands of times.. read a book.. and quit that easy.. as I quit.. it was like I never smoked.. I suggest the book to anyone.. it's called.. :rolleyes:

EASY WAY TO QUIT SMOKING - BY ALLEN CARR'S But YOU must follow all the steps in the book as he tells YOU when YOU read it..
