G'day Everyone.. I'm new here.. Found ya's when I was looking fitness up on the internet.. I just recently began looking to take care of myself.. I am a 45 year old man.. Just quit smoking 2 months ago.. Started drinking fruit and vegatble smoothies..and really beginning to feel better.. But wanna get rid on my gut..and get in better shape.. So this place.. Just might help me out.. I wanna loose about 20 pounds.. all in my tummy area.. I am 6'5 and weigh 220 pounds.. Hoppe to chat or write you's all soon..
