G'Day Everyone, I am in desperate need of help.

Hi, i'm new here, thought i would introduce myself, and a huge challenge to anyone willing to help.

My name is micheal reeves, i am 15 years old, i live in australia. I am 5"5 and i weigh an estimate of 150 pounds. I really need some weight loss advice, u see my parents dont think i have a problem, they are very strict on food and making sure none goes to waste. They dont let me go on diets or anything.

I just really need some advice on how to lose weight through an excersise routine, as that's something i could keep hidden from them. We dont own any gym stuff, sept for some dumbells, and i dont have access to a gym.

So, heres a very tough challenge for anybody willing to help. Thanks for even considering it if u read this. ;)
 
dude...u really dont need to hide that ur exercising form ur parents. i dont see why they should have a problem with it. tell them its good, its healthy..and necessary. tell them its not good to have a sedentary lifestyle... and also, do u enjoy sports anyway? i mean if u do then just go and play something in a team or something, like soccer, or baseball or tennis if u have a partner..or something thats fun but at the same time is some sort of exercise.
 
yea i agree with desny....just get active.. it doesnt really matter how , if you think you really need to hide it from your parents.
 
a fellow aussie!! i'm in melb where r you? maybe explain to them that u shood split big meals like dinner in 2 and 1/2 for tea and then the 2nd 1/2 for lunch the next dat. will that b alright? as for workotus i posted some bodyweight home programs that you could try on my site last night at rich-fit.cim..check it out and post there wat u think u could do
