Gastro Affecting My Progress

Hey, I've had gastro for about a week now and it is really lowering my weight and bulk. When I'm cured will I get back to my original weight soon after?

Gastro.... what? Gastro-paresis, GERD? Depending on what you have you may never get compeltely over it, but the recommendations for sufferers are similar to the general recommendations for any healthy person looking to optimize metabolism and reduce body fat: eat many small meals a day, avoid saturated fat or any other food that causes digestive problems.

Food alergies are the underlynig cause of some digestive problems. If you have a food alergy you need to stop eating everything and drink only water and eat only 1 food item for a few days to see how it affects you, and then if that is tolerated, try another food item for a few days and so on until you identify the foods that are a problem.

I'm not to sure of the name, but it's nothing serious and it lasts only about a week. It makes you have a lot of nausea and indigestion, and my doctor recomends I only have fluids till I recover. Because of this I'm losing weight (which I don't want) and am losing some progress that I've made from working out. When I recover should it be easy to gain back my weight and progress?

Gastroenteritis is my guess. You'll be fine when you get over it. Things will get back to normal soon it is a relatively short illness for healthy people.

if you're mainly on fluids, of course do your juices and glycal electrolytes, but also try to run some reeally heavy viscous ( either reeally thick protein shakes and light ( maybe 1/2 water ) milks through your body and doo that with either a cheesey pasta or some good wholemeal meat sandwhiches and what shoould happen is that the gastric should cause thaat to be what you loose instead of the virus taking too much out of your own mass, so that when you come out of it, what you should experience is a feeling of good musculature but less dense .. to rememdy thaat, if you hit some good proteins once you're over the heavy stripping part of the illness, as in shakes and meats ( that will also restore your blood), then you should bounce back in maybe even better shape than before you got ill.

cheers.

Blooming Lotus.
