I've just recovered from a three day bout of over-training sickness. I'm not doing that much - about 30-60 minutes a day, but I've been pushing my body due to slacking off this year earlier ... new muscle groups hurt, raised pulse on resting and breathless, sore, got a cold. 
Does anyone else get this problem occasionally and have some tip to offer? Especially if stress has come into it, as it did with me?
