I really am new to this so I'd just like to know if this is normal or not 
It's been two months since I started working out 5 times a week (half hour each session with the treadmill). I started doing that at 175 lbs and cutting down my eating habits. I weigh myself a couple of times each week and I'm now hovering at about 180-182. I'm being told I'm gaining muscle - yet it's been two months and I've barely seen any difference...
In addition to that, I've noticed that the only parts of my body that seem to have visibly lost a bit of weight are my legs, the rest are the same.
but I'm still 180?
