Hey everyone! This is my first post here,

I was hoping you can help me with ways to gain muscle and to tone up,
my little one is 5 1/2 months, I had been doing pretty good at losing the weight, until a couple months ago ive been on the same plateau. I pretty much weigh what i did before I got pregnant...only there's a huuugggeee difference...this is my first baby so im not sure how this works lol, but my body looks like I weigh 15 pounds more then i should...when I weigh the same...my stomach is still flabby...my arms are flabby..butt and thighs jiggle (sorry tmi lol)...and when I weighed that before the baby I didnt have any of that...im thinking maybe i lost muscle while being pregnant, so the 125 i weigh is just pure fat (im 5'2). I only have access to the fitness center in the complex and they only have the eliptical machine, bike, and treadmill.

thanks so much for any suggestions :)

It definitely sounds like some weight training would be helpful. If you don't have access to weights you can purchase resistance bands on ebay for fairly cheap. Just keep in mind that more than likely your body will never be exactly the same way as it was before you had the baby. Par for the course.

Oh, and WELCOME by the way! :D I hope you find this site helpful! We're glad to have you aboard!
