I been training on and off for about 1 year now.
I used to be 120 lbs, and 5'8.
Now I am 140 lbs and 5'10. My wieght stayed contant til about two months ago, where my wieght was rising at maybe about 5lbs per week. I think its good, because my goal was to gain wieght, but with that wieghy gain I also developped a not so cute little buddha belly
So I cut back on my carbs and changed my meals plans a bit, Now I am losing pounds
5 lbs in two weeks.
I need someone advice as to how to gain wieght without gaining fat ?
