I knew it was going to happen sometime that I would stop losing and I thought I was ready for it but I'm not.
Anyway, I'm stuck at 166 for like 2 weeks now. I'm not sure what I ought to do. I just raised the calories..two weeks ago from 1200 to 1400 cause someone said it was a good idea..but should I lower them again? I exercise 6 times a week for 30 mins and also 3 times a week of lifting weights. I'm not sure what I should do.
