I'm starting my 3-rd week in Gym tomorrow, and I can tell you that it's going very well till now. The reason I started this thread is I wanna get some advice on how to gain weight without getting artificial proteins?! Like on what nutrition or fruits to focus more? I've talked to my trainer about gaining weight and he told me that sooner or later you should get proteins but since you're a beginnner you dont have to get those kind of (artificial)proteins at the moment. I'd better get any kind of food that has proteins eventhough it may cost much more than getting artificial proteins!
