Gabriel Method

Hello all

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and that 2010 is a magical one for you and yours.

Has anyone tried the Gabriel Method? I have had it recommended to me so have just bought his book and am now waiting for it to lob into my post box.

Any feedback (good or otherwise) would be super welcome.

If I'm reading about it right..it sounds like sound and logical weight loss knowledge that we all have said here layered with psychology of why you eat how you do.

While not exactly the revolution people say (I hate buzzwords), it's solid advice wrapped up in a nice package. That being said, it's also nothing you wouldn't get from here or your doctor (as far as the eating and moving around part).
