Hi everyone!!! I am new to the forum and i am looking for workouts that are fun and effective! there are a lot of workouts out there and i wish i had time to try them all but i don't. I have found these videos on youtube called FitTest Dummies. They try workouts out for you and tell you if they are good or not. I have done a few and they are good. Also the hosts are pretty funny. Has anyone heard of them?
