I think the most important thing to me right now is losing body weight. I want to get toned up and build some muscle as well. I'm on a good eating plan and I do cardio for about 30 mins in the mornings, usually about 4x a week. I work out on mondays and wednesdays, sometimes throw an additional day in there as well. I've heard from a trainer friend that to lose body weight, the key is your diet, cardio, and maybe some ab exercises. Ive been doing this for a few months now. Im still in the beginning stages, but I feel like I am getting a grasp on the whole concept. Ive seen a physical difference here and there. And Ive noticed a difference in how I feel. But now, I am looking for some pretty good physical results, such as weight loss and muscle tone.
