I'm 17 years old and trying to get a little toned up for my trip to costa rica for spring break. I'm hoping to lose a little bit of the fat on my belly and on my chest, and tone up the muscles hiding underneath it all. From my understanding the best option is a full body workout. I'm looking for a good weight lifting regimen to do. I have many different free weights and bars but no cable related things. I would like to avoid running if at all possible.
