full body routines, 3 times a week is sufficient.

CocoPuff said:incidently, i was told that it is a terrible idea to have cardio and weights on the same day. I'm not sure why, but I always bike to and from work (or i run, which takes considerably longer), and i usually bike straight to workout after work.
