frustrated

About 3 months ago i weighed in at 180 lbs. I wanted to cut weight so i could fight in a lower weight class. I started doing cardio 2x a week in addition to my other training. I do a boxing/kickboxing class on tuesday and a martial arts grappling class on thursday. I have completely reconstructed my diet to consist of high protein and low carbs. No sugar also. I also lift weights.
Here is where my frustration is setting in. I have lost around 20lbs, and went down from 24 to 19% body fat. My thing is this. I am having trouble getting rid of the "pot belly", and it seems like the more weight i lose, the "softer" or "saggier" i get. What changes do i need to consider in order to get rid of it and tighten up the skin. I realize that it is because there is no more, or less, fat under the skin now, but i don't want to build up too much muscle to accomidate. I need to stay around 160 in weight. Anybody have any useful info. I would greatly appreciate it.

I should also add that i would like to be around 8% body fat.

Russian Kettlebells are the preferred method for fighters. We used them quite a bit and got a nice chiseled body from them. Also, lots of calisthenics and running/swimming. All these burn massive cals and don't bulk you up. They add to your strength.

I hear a lot of people talk about not being able to get rid of the extra skin after a major weight loss or having a baby. My stomach didn't get anywhere near that big, but they say cosmetic surgery is the only alternative. I tend to disagree, but it seems like the more i do the less results i see.

Thanks for the russian kettle bell idea, we actually use them on occasion and they work great. I have toned everywhere else, but my stomach. It seems to be the more stubborn part.
