Frustrated

I have been working out religiously for about two months now and I can't seem to lose weight as quickly as I'd like. My diet is pretty much the same thing every day:

breakfast- three hard boiled eggs
lunch- half plate of salad with oil and vinegar dressing, vegetables, a piece of turkey, and an orange
dinner- some kind of lean meat grilled (usually chicken or fish) with some kind of vegetable, or occasionally steak
snacks between meals- orange, piece of low fat swiss cheese, piece of turkey lunch meat, piece of beef jerkey

I run on either the treadmill or the elliptical 5-7 days a week for 30 minutes, and yet after two months, I can feel my clothes fitting more loosely and yet I've not even gone down one pants size.

I'm also 5'7 and weigh about 189 lbs, and am fairly muscular in build...

Any suggestions?

Well, being frustrated is easy to understand. You can tweak things a bit:
1) diet: I would add some fat to the menu. A bunch of flax or codliver oil as supplements, then some real fat that comes from food. Opt for whole yogurts, cotttage cheeses and feta, as well as sour cream (you can cook your chicken with it). Add olive oil to salads instead of whatever other oil you might use. Avoid all hydrogenated or "fat free" fats. Stay away from high sodium beef jerky. Add some nuts. Count your calories. You are not all that small, so you can eat a whole lot of nutrient dense foods and still be losing weight.
2) training: try HIIT that everybody here swears by. Also start working with weights, some compound movements like pull downs, side press, bench press, push ups, pull ups....swings...there are many things you can do, if you have specific qs, just ask.
