Ok, so I am definately new to the site, but not new to the whole weightloss thing. 7 years ago I weight 194 lbs. I lost 75 lbs and currently weigh in at 129.

For most this is great, however, slowly as I become more comfotable with myself I've notice especially in the last year that about 7 lbs have accured.

So, I take the initiative and join the gym, BUT, ever since I have started I feel like I weigh more. Is this possible?

My legs and butt are bigger now than ever! I like the toneness of the muscle but I need it to slim out.

I do cardio twice a week and toning 1-2 times a week.


Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?????? I am so FRUSTERATED!!!!!
