Front and Back flex pic

well, the consecutive days are suppose to be tough, but very different from eacother, its not active recovery.
If you search for HFT on t nation, you should find tons of articles by waterbury about the principles.

Lei, im yet to start oly lifting again after the car accident, i do have another 4 day a week program at hand with oly lifting that im starting pretty soon though ;)

even if you do a split upper day 1,lower day 2, if they are both heavy your CNS can suffer, the CNS is being worked no matter what muscles are being used,so to many heavy days can be detrimental if there is not sufficient recovery, just a thought mate.

yeah im fully aware. Ive always loved full body, but its all about progression, Waterbury even goes as far as doing 6-7 full body routines a week (when you go as high as that, you have to start doing AM and PM workouts) though im not planning to do that.

Ive always loved the idea of 4 full body workouts, and its kind of an experiment, ill change to another routine soon, and see how that goes, and i always change alot of things as i move on, if i dont make progress on something, or if a training session leaves me too tiered.

i have just finished doing a fullbody 6x a wk myself, obviously i had to drop the volume, and throw in some easy days.
you should try this site check out the forum after reading the intro, and remember its a set of principals not a routine.

oh, how did it work out for you?

it was:cool: i gained 3lbs and dropped a trouser size:D i actually thought i might lose weight "well i did but" the problem was i couldnt give enought attention to my cardio and as i am 49 fitness is a big factor in my training.
but i would definatly try it again it does have to be worked out completly though.

If your interrested in more than 3 times a week full body, i recommend you check out waterburys articles at t nation. just search for HFT and you will find lots. most of them are for 5 days a week though, but i would start with 4 if i were you.

And you should have atleast 1 year of propper training under your belt before you do something like that.

Karks...I didn't realize you were so tall. Why don't you give me a couple of your inches.

2 words for you for improvement-more traps.

You look symmetrical. Good job so far. Let's see what you look like in another 1.5 years.

so i need more traps? Well i suppose now that i put some more oly lifting into my program again that should be taken care of, or do you think i should add some isolation too to get them going?

And i kinda hate being this tall, i looked at this dude benching at my gym today, i swear i got twice the ROM his got :p

Everything UNflexed
around the chest, measured under the arms at the nipples: about 40 inches
around the shoulders about 47 inches.

upper arm, arm just hanging down: 12.6 inches

Thighs: 22.4 inches (gimme a break, i got hit by a car, lost alot of mass :p)

Waist at the belly button: 33.5 inches.

all were taken in the morning, god knows my stomach blows up once it getts some food :p

Somehow though, i feel like i get stronger, but i dont feel like i get bigger. Now im starting to bulk up again, and im gonna do it slow, i want to keep most of the definition i got now, so ill be measuring maybe every 2 weeks, hopefully ill see some progress.
